Weight Today: 226.6!!!

Weight loss this Week: -1.2 lbs

Weight Loss Total: 43.2 lbs

FINALLY!! Holy hell that was a rough 2-3 weeks of staying the same, my lovely 2-3 lb. gain from TOM, and being sick for a day 1/2 and losing 5, gaining it back as soon as I saw food. :/ Craziness!

Been busy lately and I feel like by upping my workouts this past week and doing a few different things here and there truly helped. I threw in a kettlebell workout last Saturday and was sore from that for about 5-6 days, and then yesterday I did 2 different beginner ab workouts (13 mins total) through Comcast on demand fitness videos. And wow, my abs were definitely engaged and are now a tad sore. Went up to my moms today to help with some stuff, then swam for a while, had some lunch, relaxed, hung out with family and played with 3 very cute kitties. A good relaxing day. Minus the bad sunburn I got on my upper back/chest/arms. Ooops!

I noticed a few NSV's this past week. Amazing how those few small things perk your mood right up. Clothes are still fitting better and better every day, even some are getting a tad too big to ignore. I was standing sideways in the mirror and DAMN! I was looking pretty damn skinny, couldn't believe it AND certain ways I stood/moved, I had NO back rolls. HELLO! I can used to this.

And I can't believe how close I am to ONEDER-freaking-LAND! And heck, even the 2-teen's, craziness! And I can't wait to continue on this crazy journey.

No loss and no gain. This is the 2nd week of this, I'm so over it. Very annoyed with myself. It's all me, it's up to me.

I did my first kettlebell workout and WOW! I am sooooo sore today, it was only 30 mins, but very well worth it. I got the Bob Harper 7 lb. set from Target for Easter. :) Highly recommend! I will be looking up some more routines online too, to keep this different.

Back to work tomorrow, not really looking forward to it. But leaving at 2pm to go see my friend Annette and Megan for her daughter's memorial. She lost her baby a few weeks ago. RIP Chelsea.

Not much else going on. We're going to Jubilee Day for the first time ever, should be interesting.

WOW. I have been sliming for about 30 minutes now from 3 small bites (and good chewing) of pork fried rice/broccoli/chicken. They were about 1-2 tablespoons each per bite. And I chewed and chewed. This is the worst sliming ever. It hurts, and now I have hiccups. :( Not cool. It has been pooling into my mouth the whole time. This is terrible. I've been eating pretty bad these past 2 days, I think this is my cue to move on and get some good quality protein in. I think I will be doing some liquid protein tonight, this is awful.

No biggie. My lovely friend of the month came today, so I figured a stay-the-same or gain, it keep fluctuating between 227-230 right now, drives me nuts! I ate like a weirdo today, nothing too terrible, but nothing real nutritional either. Blah!

Went to my moms to swim, hung out for a while, did some laundry, hung with the kitties, swam some more, sun tanned, slept, swam some more, ate some more, watched the Phillies lose, etc etc. Just had a Wendy's frosty and fry for dinner. haha.

Terrible, oh well, tomorrow is another day. Tomorrow we are having a surprise 60th party at work for one of the adjusters, then tomorrow evening Brian and I are going to a dinner in Hershey with one of the vendors for Workers Comp. Should be a nice time. But I will def. need to watch my eating tomorrow. :/

We bought a Kinect and Zumba for it on Friday after work. I LOVE it! I burned almost 700 calories yesterday doing it. Woo hoo!

Going to cut some coupons, read a magazine, watch "The Killing" finale and read the 2nd "50 Shades" book. :) In love with it!

Not having a good day today, food wise. I'm feeling down on myself. I was doing sooooooo well, keeping my net calories to 1200, give or take a few. I lost 2 lbs last week and have been losing really well the last month. But, over the weekend, with the move and whatnot; we had pizza, chinese, etc. I did manage a salad in there, and I really didn't eat much of anything at one time. I only had a slice of pizza at a meal and it took me 3-4 meals to finish the chinese food.

I will say, this last fill (I'm at 5.6) is really doing it for me. I have not been able to eat much of anything at any given time, I love the restriction. But for some reason, something was sparked inside of me and the "old" fat me, has been grabbing at sugar like it's going out of style. And it's most def. not! :P

I'm upset with myself, it's unacceptable. Twizzlers, ice cream (3x a week or more!!, skinny cow, etc), chocolate and homemade goodies at work (today: carmelitas). Hello!! I need to wake up! I think I'm going to do some more research and do a sugar detox, cause I'e had enough. And not only that, BUT my lovely yeast infection is still hanging on ever so slightly. Awesome. NOT.

I'm ready to kick this up and get to onederland! I'm going back to the gym tonight, can't wait! It's been about a week and a half, so I'm sure that hasn't help either. I need to get back on track and stop this crappy snacking and sweets problem.

For you others that watch or monitor your sugar intake, what is some advice? I don't do bread (other than that dang pizza!), I don't eat rice, pasta, etc. I do however, have a sweets problem (candy, cake, cupcakes, pie, chocolate, etc). It's terrible. I love fruit, which is a natural sugar, I don't add sugar to anything (other than my occassional DD's iced coffee, maybe once a week). MFP says my sugar intake should be no more than 29 per day. For today, ALREADY, I'm at 61. :( I plan on NOT letting it get any worse tonight. We're having tacos tonight. I only eat the meat, cheese and taco sauce. Not too terrible and usually only 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup. And that's if I don't get full with less than that.

Woo hoo! I have been really watching my food intake, trying to keep the net to 1200, give or take a few. It paid off! I haven't been to the gym for a week now, ready to get back tomorrow. We were moving and the final day was yesterday, all moved into our new place, just gotta unpack a few more boxes. I also plan on going through my books/dvds (I have TONS) and giving most away. I LOVE giving stuff away or throwing away when moving. It was like a 2 day spring cleaning, it was fantastic. 

I still have to hit up Giant in a bit for some groceries for the week. I will be going to a new Giant, so hopefully I can find all the stuff I normally get. Not much else going on, just cut some coupons, now relaxing. We will not have cable until Thursday, long story behind that. We had all intentions of just transferring our Dish Network on Friday, they came and unfortunately it couldn't be done. So, we got rid of them and we're now with Comcast triple play. But we had an appointment with them yesterday and they never showed, so Brian called and apparently they had NO record of the appointment, so now we wait. Oh well, I've got unpacking to do, cleaning to do, laundry to do, my Nook, the internet, and Netflix. I think I might take off work tomorrow as well to work on some stuff around the new place. We'll see, I'm not sure yet what I'm doing.
